Huizhou TC125 Crushing, Sand Making and Washing Production Line

Project Overview

This project is a new construction of an aggregate production line with an annual output of 3.6 million tons, located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. The raw materials are granite, weathered rock, and kaolin. The main components are potassium feldspar and quartz, with some mica and a small amount of dark minerals. Some minerals have weathered into soil, and the clay contains kaolin with high viscosity.

The entire aggregate line uses equipment manufactured by Baotong Hongye, with a very standard and neat overall process.

Detailed Process of Intelligent and Efficient Wet Sand Making and Stone Production Line

Overview

This solution is a highly integrated production line combining efficient crushing, precise screening, premium sand making, and multi-stage washing. Its core design concept is to maximize material processing efficiency and product quality through closed-loop production, hydraulic coordination, and multi-stage series connection, while ensuring stable and smooth production processes.

Stage One: Pre-treatment and Primary Crushing

  1. Hydraulic Assisted Feeding: Materials are evenly fed to the jaw crusher by a bar feeder. Innovatively, a flushing system is installed at the feed inlet, allowing water flow to fully mix with mud clumps in the raw material, fundamentally solving feeding blockages caused by high soil viscosity.
  2. Intelligent Pre-screening: The gap between the feeder bars is set to 80mm, allowing materials smaller than 80mm to be directly screened out and bypass the jaw crusher to enter subsequent processes. This clever design not only improves the jaw crusher's crushing efficiency but also significantly increases the overall line throughput and reduces equipment wear.
  3. Powerful Coarse Crushing: Coarse materials larger than 80mm enter the jaw crusher for primary crushing, providing an ideal feed size for subsequent processes.

Stage Two: Multi-stage Crushing and Material Buffering

  1. Primary Screening and Washing: The material crushed by the jaw crusher merges with the pre-screened material and enters two 2460 horizontal vibrating screens. In this stage, continuous flushing and high-frequency vibration thoroughly wash and break down mud clumps wrapped in the crushed stone.
  2. Transfer Buffer System: The screened and washed material is conveyed to the #1 transfer silo. This silo not only serves as a buffer and storage but, more importantly, provides stable and saturated feeding to the subsequent cone crusher through the feeder below. This is a core link ensuring efficient and stable operation of the entire line and forming a production closed loop.
  3. Secondary and Fine Crushing:

Stage Three: Precise Screening and Shaping Sand Making (Core Closed Loop)

  1. Classification and Return Feeding: The finely crushed material is conveyed to three double-layer 2460 horizontal screens for precise classification at 38mm.
  2. Premium Shaping Sand Making: Material is evenly fed from the silo feeder into two ROI9100 shaping sand making machines, which use high-speed impact and stone-on-stone principles to shape and crush the material, producing machine-made sand with excellent particle shape.
  3. Finished Product Screening and Secondary Return Feeding:

Stage Four: Multi-stage Washing and Fine Sand Recovery

  1. Primary Scrubbing and Classification: Water carrying sand enters the 1575 double spiral sand washing machine, where the strong scrubbing action of the spiral blades thoroughly separates sand from mud and powder. The cleaned coarse sand is lifted to the 2424 dewatering screen, while some suspended fine sand overflows with the wastewater.
  2. Fine Sand Recovery: The overflowing wastewater enters the BT800 fine sand recovery machine. This equipment efficiently captures fine sand that would otherwise be lost, dewaters it, and sends it to the transfer water tank, greatly improving resource utilization.
  3. Ultimate Fine Washing and Dewatering:

Highlights of This Design Scheme

  • Intelligent Closed-Loop Design: Through the transfer silo and multi-stage return material system, the production process achieves self-regulation and closed-loop operation, ensuring system processing stability and superior finished product gradation.
  • Hydraulic Synergy Throughout: Water is not only used for cleaning but also plays a key role in feeding, screening, conveying, and other stages, improving efficiency and solving dust and clogging issues common in traditional dry production.
  • Multi-Stage Series, Excellent Quality: From "coarse crushing - medium crushing - fine crushing" to "shaping and sand making," then to "spiral primary washing - water wheel fine washing," each stage advances to ensure the final product meets the highest standards in both cleanliness and particle shape.
  • Ultimate Recovery, Eliminating Waste: The precise screening network and efficient fine sand recovery system complement each other, ensuring every valuable grain of sand and stone resource is fully utilized, maximizing economic benefits.
