Working Principle

Thanks to the optimal rotation speed, large eccentricity, and improved design of the crushing chamber, a finer product is achieved with fewer crushing stages, significantly reducing capital and energy costs and ensuring maximum power utilization.
Convenient control
Based on the principles of dynamics, the design has been optimized with increased eccentricity and crushing force while ensuring the machine's load-bearing capacity. The high material density in the crushing chamber enhances inter-particle layered crushing, guaranteeing excellent final product shape, high crushing degree, and productivity.
Energy efficiency
Equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic cylinder to protect against metal ingress for quick removal of iron inclusions and cleaning of the crushing chamber. The design with two hydraulic accumulators increases the hydraulic system's response speed and reduces energy losses.
Working Principle
Structure
Consists of the upper body, middle body, lower body, movable cone assembly, eccentric assembly, transmission, and hydraulic cylinder.
Crushing principle
The electric motor rotates the horizontal shaft, which through a spiral bevel gear drives the eccentric sleeve. The eccentric sleeve causes the movable cone to oscillate, providing continuous crushing of the material by compression.
Size adjustment
The hydraulic cylinder moves the main shaft and movable cone vertically, precisely adjusting the gap between the linings of the movable and fixed cones for flexible control of product size.
Overload protection
When metal inclusions enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic accumulator automatically activates the hydraulic cylinder, lowering the movable cone to quickly remove foreign objects, then restoring crushing, effectively protecting the equipment.
