Working Principle
Four stages of operation:
1. High pressure and spraying
- The high-pressure pump draws water from the tank
- Water passes through a filter to remove impurities
- The high-pressure pump increases the water pressure to 5-15 MPa
- High-pressure water is supplied to specially designed nozzles
- Nozzles (centrifugal, impact) break up the water flow
- Fine droplets with a diameter of 10-150 microns are formed
- Spraying is uniform, particle size is consistent
2. Powerful air supply
- A powerful axial or centrifugal fan is started
- Air flow rate 30000-100000 m³/h, speed 15-30 m/s
- Fan blades rotate at high speed
- A powerful directed air flow is created
- The air flow is concentrated through the air duct
- A high-speed air column is formed
- The sprayed mist is carried by a powerful air flow
- Mist and air flow are thoroughly mixed
3. Spraying over a long distance
- The mist and air mixture is ejected from the air duct
- High speed and directionality are maintained
- Air resistance is overcome
- Spraying range is 30-150 meters, adjustable
- Control through fan power and tilt angle
- Horizontal rotation 360° or directed spraying
- Tilt angle from -10° to +45°
- Mist gradually disperses in the air
- A large mist curtain with an area of 3000-20000 m² is formed
4. Adsorption and settling
- Mist droplets of micron size correspond to dust particle sizes (PM2.5/PM10)
- Mist droplets fully contact dust particles
- Surface tension and water adhesion are used
- Dust particles are adsorbed and enveloped by the mist
- Several dust particles agglomerate with the mist
- Larger droplets are formed
- The weight of the particles increases significantly
- Enlarged particles settle under gravity
- They separate from the air and settle on the ground
- The concentration of suspended particles in the air decreases
- Dust suppression and cleaning effect is achieved
