Working Principle
Operating Principle
The operating principle of the Hongye beneficiation jig machine is based on the theory of stratification of the jigging layer. It is developed and improved from the traditional jig machine to create energy-saving equipment for re-selection. Its pulsation curve of jigging is serrated, so the upward water flow is faster than the downward flow; the short rising time and long falling time overcome the defects of equal rising and falling times caused by the sinusoidal pulsation curve of traditional jig machines. This enhances the loosening of the layer, softens the suction effect, allows heavy mineral grains to fully settle in the minerals, and significantly improves the enrichment ratio and recovery rate of the equipment. Traditional jig machines mainly operate with circular eccentricity, and the pulsation curve of jigging is mainly sinusoidal. Since the diaphragm movement causes the rising speed, falling speed, and action time to be mostly equal, it does not promote loosening of the jigging layer or stratification of particles by specific gravity, which affects the selection ratio and recovery rate of the jig machine.
