Working Principle
1. Raw material immersion stage: the material is evenly fed into the washing tank through the feeding device to effectively soften and preliminarily separate soil and impurities on the surface of the sand during full immersion of the flow, creating favorable conditions for subsequent cleaning operations.
2. Mixing and cleaning stage: the spiral blade rotates at a certain speed, pushing the material in the cleaning bath to continuously roll, rub, and twist to ensure the removal of surface attachments.
3. Dehydration enhancement stage: the cleaned pure material steadily rises along the inclined tank by spiral blades; during the ascent, natural dehydration is performed through gravitational effect and sieve filtration, significantly reducing the water content in the material.
4. Drainage classification stage: wastewater is discharged through a scientifically designed drainage system; fine sand is returned to the cleaning process after treatment by an efficient recovery device, realizing the recycling of water resources and fine sand resources and improving economic efficiency.
