Working Principle
Six stages of automatic processing:
1. Automatic solution preparation
- The automatic dosing module starts
- Dry powdered reagent (PAM/PAC) is automatically loaded
- Diluted with water in a specified ratio
- An efficient mixing system thoroughly mixes
- The solution fully dissolves within 30-60 minutes
- A uniform stable solution is formed
- Concentration is controlled automatically (usually 0.1-0.3%)
2. Concentration determination
- The sludge pump supplies wastewater to the equalization tank
- The automatic detection module measures wastewater concentration in real time
- Turbidity and concentration sensors collect data
- Data is transmitted to the intelligent control terminal
- The terminal analyzes data and calculates the required reagent dosage
3. Intelligent dosing
- The control terminal analyzes concentration data
- Automatically calculates the optimal reagent dosage
- Sends command to the automatic dosing module
- The dosing pump accurately delivers reagent according to the command
- Dosage is adjusted in real time depending on concentration changes
4. Mixing and flocculation
- Reagent is mixed with wastewater in the pipeline or mixer
- Primary flocculation begins
- Small particles start to agglomerate
- Mixed wastewater flows into the thickening tank through the equalization tank
- The mixing device starts
- Reagent and wastewater fully contact and react
- Small particles agglomerate into large flocs
- Flocs settle under gravity
- Separation of sludge and water begins
5. Thickening and separation
- Flocs settle at the bottom of the tank
- Sludge concentration gradually increases
- A layer of thickened sludge forms
- The upper layer of clean water separates from the sludge
- Clean water flows by gravity through the overflow device into the clean water tank
- Circulatory use, saving water resources
6. Dewatering with filter press
- The filter press feed pump extracts thickened sludge
- Sludge enters the dewatering device (belt or chamber)
- Dewatered under high pressure or mechanical compression
- Moisture exits through the filter mesh
- A dry cake with low moisture content is formed
- The cake is well formed, convenient for storage
- Convenient for subsequent transportation and disposal
