Scope of Application
Spiral sluices for beneficiation are mainly suitable for processing ore with low original ore content but obvious differences in mineral density, for rough cleaning and sweeping, while ore with high mud content should be pre-removed. They have better selective effects for iron ore (hematite, magnetite), tungsten ore, tin ore, titanium iron ore, zirconium, tantalum niobium, monolith, gold ore, and so on.
Working Principle
Operating Principle
The main part consists of a support device, a distribution chute, an upper hopper, a spiral blade, an outlet hopper, and so on. The pulp vortex moves downward from a high point, using differences in specific gravity, granularity, and shape between valuable minerals and gangue minerals. On the spiral slope, a centrifugal membrane with kinetic sensitivity to the pulp is formed. In the combined force field of gravity and centrifugal forces, it uses gravity, hydrodynamic pressure, and friction of various particles to achieve the separation of valuable minerals and gangue.
