Working Principle
The electric motor drives the horizontal shaft through a V-belt drive, the bevel gears of which rotate the eccentric sleeve around the main shaft. The eccentric sleeve causes the movable cone to oscillate, creating continuous crushing by compression between the crushing wall and the bowl. The main shaft is fixed to the main frame, and power is transmitted from the horizontal shaft through the bevel gears to the eccentric sleeve. Material enters the loading hopper through the feeding device, after crushing in the chamber it is discharged from below and removed through the unloading hopper.

B is the corresponding closed-side feed opening at the minimum discharge opening A. Depending on equipment specifications and material, the maximum feed size ranges from 80% to 100% of B.
