Operating Principle
The high-efficiency dewatering screen uses dual-motor self-synchronization technology, a universal eccentric, and an adjustable amplitude vibrator. It mainly consists of a screen box, vibrator, support system, and motor. Two independent vibrators operate synchronously and in opposite directions. Two groups of centrifugal forces generated by the eccentric mass overlap along the components in the vibration direction, and the reverse centrifugal compensation forms a unified vibration along the vibration direction, causing the screen mesh to perform reciprocating linear motion.
