Working Principle
1. Vibration Excitation Two vibration motors are installed on both sides of the screen body and, due to synchronous rotation in opposite directions, create an exciting force that drives the screen body into high-frequency reciprocating motion along a straight line (frequency 1500-3600 times/min).
2. Material Transportation and Stratification Wet material is evenly fed onto the screening surface through the loading opening. Under the action of high-frequency linear vibration, the material moves forward on the screening surface with a throwing motion, simultaneously automatically stratifying by particle size.
3. Dewatering and Screening
- Fine particles and moisture quickly pass through the sieve holes, completing dewatering and desliming.
- Conditioned material passes through the sieve, becoming the undersize product.
- Large particles of material move forward on the screening surface and are discharged through the oversize discharge opening.
4. Multistage Processing The modular design allows sequential connection of multilayer sieves to achieve precise classification of different particle sizes and multistage dewatering, improving processing efficiency.
