Working Principle
1. Feeding Stage
The material is evenly and dosed fed to the cone crusher inlet through a vibrating or plate feeder. The feeding speed can be adjusted in real time depending on the crusher load, ensuring optimal filling of the crushing chamber.
2. Crushing Stage
After the material enters the cone crusher's crushing chamber, it undergoes continuous compression, bending, and shearing between the moving and fixed cones, being crushed layer by layer to the specified size. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge opening.
3. Transportation Stage
The crushed material is quickly and smoothly transported by a belt conveyor to the screening system. The transportation distance can be flexibly adjusted according to the layout of the facility.
4. Screening Stage
The vibrating screen, operating on the principle of circular or linear vibration, separates the material into several size fractions. The finished product meeting the requirements is discharged through the undersize product and sent to the finished product transportation system; the coarse fraction is discharged through the oversize product and sent to the return system.
5. Cyclic Crushing
The oversize material (coarse fraction) is returned to the cone crusher inlet via a return belt conveyor, mixed with new feed, and crushed again, forming a closed loop until all material reaches the required finished product size.
6. Finished Product Output
The finished material meeting the requirements is continuously discharged by conveyor to the finished product warehouse or to the next processing equipment, ensuring continuous automated production.
