Working Principle
1. Material feeding stage: the slag pump ensures a stable supply of sand-water mixture to the cyclone inlet, provides uniform and continuous material flow into the separation system using a pressure stabilizer, and ensures stable conditions for subsequent sorting operations.
2. Centrifugal sorting stage: the material rotates tangentially in the vortex apparatus, separation of coarse particles is achieved by strong centrifugal force, fine sand is separated along the conical spiral, and muddy water exits through the upper discharge outlet.
3. Fine sand dewatering stage: concentrated fine sand is discharged through the submerged sand onto the surface of the dewatering screen, high-frequency vibration completes effective dewatering, and the water content in the finished sand can be controlled below 15%.
4. Water recirculation stage: after separation, water returns to the cleaning chamber through the discharge pipe equipped with an automatic replenishment device to maintain a stable water level, achieving a recirculation rate of over 95% of water resources and minimizing wastewater discharge.
