Working Principle
The impact crusher uses a high-speed impact effect to crush the material. When the material enters from the inlet into the area of the plate hammer and undergoes initial breakage due to the high-speed impact of the plate hammer, a powerful impact force throws the material onto the impact plate to break it again. The material rebounding from the impact plate falls back into the area of the plate hammer and continues to repeat this process until the material is crushed to a size smaller than the discharge opening and is discharged from the outlet due to its own weight.
