Working Principle

Working Principle
1. Material feeding and distribution stage: the material is evenly fed into the upper part of the crusher through the inlet, and the material is divided into two parts using a unique distribution system. About 70% of the material goes to the center of the high-speed rotating impeller, and 30% of the material is evenly dispersed around the impeller, forming a reasonable material distribution.
2. Acceleration and impact stage: the material entering the impeller is thrown out of the flow channel at high speed after accelerating to 60 - 80 m/s under centrifugal force, causing a strong collision with the surrounding freely falling material, achieving a highly efficient "filling" crushing effect, while reducing wear on wear-resistant parts.
3. Sorting and circulation stage: after crushing, the material is sorted through an adjustable lower screen gap. Suitable material is discharged from the machine in a timely manner, while material that does not meet the granularity requirements continues cyclic crushing in the crushing chamber until the specified granularity standard is reached.
