Working Principle
I. Drive System
The horizontal vibrating screen uses technology of double symmetric drive with vibration motors Two vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, forming a unique excitation system.
II. Excitation Force Generation Mechanism
1. Decomposition and Summation of Forces
- When two motors rotate in opposite directions, the excitation forces created by the eccentric blocks mutually compensate in the direction of the motor axes
- Sum up in the direction perpendicular to the motor axes forming a resultant force
- A powerful excitation force is formed in one direction, driving the screen in precise linear motion
2. Characteristics of the Motion Trajectory
- The motion trajectory of the screen is a standard straight line
