Excellent kinematic characteristics and unique chamber configuration : the jaws are interchangeable and used four times with flipping, which ensures even wear of the crushing jaw surfaces. Performance is 15% higher compared to similar models, energy consumption is reduced by more than 10%.
Unique crushing chamber configuration provides a higher utilization rate of the jaw material.
The teeth of the crushing chamber jaws are positioned opposite each other (movable and fixed jaw), which is more effective for crushing especially hard materials.
Design with adjustable transmission angle provides higher productivity with the same discharge opening width. The fixed and movable jaws are interchangeable, which effectively reduces the number of spare parts for the user and simplifies installation.
The discharge opening is adjusted by a double hydraulic jack system — adjustment is faster and requires less effort.
The movable jaw assembly and frame have a detachable design .
Working Principle
The electric motor drives the eccentric shaft at high speed through a belt drive, causing the movable jaw to perform a complex rocking trajectory. The crushing chamber has a scientifically designed V-shaped configuration, with a spacious upper feed opening that ensures unobstructed feeding of large-sized material. When the movable jaw moves forward, it creates a powerful compressive force together with the fixed jaw, and the material is crushed layer by layer sequentially; when the movable jaw moves backward, the crushed material that meets the requirements is automatically discharged through the lower discharge opening, ensuring continuous and highly efficient crushing operation.
