Working Principle
The shut-off and control element moves → changes the cross-sectional area → regulates the flow of the medium → opening/closing or regulation, wear-resistant sealing surface materials ensure tightness and service life in abrasive environments.
Types of wear-resistant valves
1. Wear-resistant gate valve - spindle raises/lowers the wedge vertically, the wedge opens/closes the flow; ceramic/hard-alloy sealing surfaces
2. Wear-resistant ball valve - spindle rotates the ball 90°, the hole in the ball aligns with the pipeline (open) or perpendicular (closed); ceramic ball or hard-alloy coating
3. Wear-resistant butterfly valve - spindle rotates the disc, the disc is parallel to the pipe (open) or perpendicular (closed), intermediate angles (regulation); rubber lining with elasticity and wear resistance
4. Ceramic valve - spool and seat made of structural aluminum oxide, hardness HRA88-95, almost no wear; ceramic on ceramic, high smoothness, self-lubricating, long service life
