Working Principle
I. Equipment Design
The fine sand recovery machine consists of a chain plate feeder, a horizontal vibrating screen, a group of hydrocyclones, a dewatering screen, a slurry pump, a belt conveyor, and an intelligent electronic control system. All modules operate synchronously for efficient washing and recovery of sand and gravel.
II. Technological Process
First stage: uniform feeding and preliminary washing
The raw material is continuously and evenly fed through the chain plate feeder onto the horizontal vibrating screen. High-pressure washing water pipelines are installed on the surface of the vibrating screen. Under the combined action of the screen vibration and high-pressure water jets, the material undergoes thorough preliminary washing.
Second stage: screening and primary separation
- Separation of coarse fraction Coarse stones and impurities on the screen surface fall onto the lower conveyor and are transported to a specially designated storage area for centralized processing.
- Collection of fine fraction The mixture of sand, clay, and water passes through the screen and falls into the collection tank under the vibrating screen.
Third stage: classification in hydrocyclones and recovery
The slurry pump located beside the collection tank pumps the sand and water mixture into a group of hydrocyclones for precise classification:
- Sand recovery The separated fine sand is discharged from the bottom and falls onto the dewatering screen.
- Discharge of contaminated water Wastewater with clay overflows through the top outlet of the hydrocyclone and enters the wastewater treatment system.
Fourth stage: two-stage dewatering and finished product output
The recovered fine sand first undergoes preliminary dewatering on the first-stage screen, then proceeds to the finished product dewatering screen for deep dewatering. As a result, high-quality finished sand with a high degree of purity and low moisture content (≤15%) is obtained, which is transported by belt conveyor to the finished product storage area.
