Project Overview

This project is a new construction of an annual 2 million tons aggregate production line, located at No. 286 Hanyu Road, Yangjiapo Town Industrial Cluster Area, Binhai New Area, Tianjin. The proposed new project mainly includes three workshops, raw material warehouse, and silo, with a total construction area of 9599.39 m². The plant is located within the Tianjin Port Navigation Piling Co., Ltd. factory area.

The aggregate line uses equipment manufactured entirely by Baotong, with a very standard and beautiful overall process.

Project Features


 

This project adopts a full set of domestically produced high-end equipment from Baotong Group. The process design is standardized and modular, with compact and beautiful equipment layout, high automation level, fully reflecting the three core concepts of modern aggregate production lines: efficiency, environmental protection, and intelligence.

The entire process flow is smooth and precisely connected, from coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, sand making and shaping to screening and washing. Each link is seamlessly connected to ensure excellent gradation and full particle shape of the finished aggregate, fully meeting the stringent requirements of high-grade concrete, high-grade pavements, and precast components.

The 0~5 mm manufactured sand screened out enters 2 XS6000 wheel sand washers for deep cleaning to remove surface clay powder and impurities; the sand washing overflow water is efficiently recovered by 2 fine sand recovery machines to reduce resource loss; finally, it undergoes final dehydration through 1 unit of 2040 dehydration screen, outputting clean, low-moisture, high-quality finished sand.
